This program was established as a way to introduce our clients to the flow and workload of traditional strength training. We use this program as an entrance into more specific and harder lifting cycles. The Foundational Phase Three program is a 12-week program that requires three days a week and will surely set up a foundation for people who want to dive deeper into their training. These workouts include specific rep ranges and your own personalized percentages on all core lifts so you do not have to guess if you're using the right weight. This program introduces barbell lifts like bench press and front squat that the previous foundational programs do not. If you're looking for a challenging first step, or if you want to work on specific adaptations, this is where you should start!
