This program is perfect for anyone who is just starting or restarting their fitness journey after years of rest. Whether you are coming off of a major surgery/injury or just trying to kickstart fitness in general, this is for you! We made this program especially for those clients over fifty-five years old, or under twelve years old. This program offers benefits that will set you on the right path to success. We have created a 12-week progression of workouts that start with four weeks of isometric exercises. These isometrics focus on stabilizing and strengthening all major muscle groups and joints within the body to ensure that you are ready for the next steps. Once the first four weeks are over, you will move into body weight exercises focused on high volume for your muscles to get back in line with our main goals. The movements we have included are conducive to growth and a proper foundation for strides down the road. It starts out slow, but after 12-weeks on the Foundational Phase One Program, you will see that your body has adapted and you will be ready for the next step!
