This program is not for the faint hearted. We developed a protocol of workouts that progressively overloads the body and allows for more muscle growth in 12 weeks. This program requires four days of commitment per week and it is tailored for those who already have a firm foundation in resistance training. This program focuses on getting our clients more muscle mass and implementing some burnout sets to failure in order to kickstart muscle hypertrophy.
