This training program is the conventional hypertrophy split to get more size and muscle mass on your body! We have split it so there is a conventional “push”, “pull”, and “leg” day in each week. This program is probably best suited for someone who is familiar with resistance training, but is trying to take the next step in gaining muscle size. This 12-week program uses scientific backed progressive overload to ensure that when you're done, you see results. The Hypertrophy Phase One program is the best way for an intermediate lifter to accomplish their goals and get muscle tone throughout the body. Also, for all core lifts we have added in specific percentages to set you up for success and you do not have to guess what weight to use.
